A Great Room With Expansive Views

Guests need only walk through the oversized wooden front door to discover a home filled with wonderful touches that include slate floors, Venetian plaster walls and exquisitely detailed wooden beams. The great room is beautifully framed by a vaulted ceiling and massive picture windows that offer exceptional San Sophia views. A grand gas fireplace is surrounded by oversized armchairs and comfortable sofas, and there's also a flat screen television and a separate seating area that offers a large table with an L shaped bench and built-in shelves. Guests may access the home's elaborate deck system from two different doors in the great room. Both doors deliver guests to the ground level that features a large, in ground hot tub. There is also a convenient powder room on this level.

A Grand Gourmet Kitchen With Many Extras

The chefs in the group will enjoy this dream gourmet kitchen that boasts high-end stainless steel appliances, two ovens, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, custom cabinetry, ample granite counter tops and a Miele espresso maker and Mr. Coffee drip coffee maker. Three dining areas are available, and guests may enjoy meals at the breakfast bar that seats four, at the lovely dining table that seats eight and offers lovely San Sophia views or at the large dining table that seats six in front of the warmth of a gas fireplace.

A Lovely Master Suite With a View

This lovely room boasts a vaulted ceiling and large picture windows that provide amazing San Sophia views. It also features a king size bed that is warmed by a gas fireplace, leather furnishings, hardwood floors and a private door that leads to a private deck with a hot tub. The master bath is also warmed by a gas fireplace, and it comes with a relaxing steam shower.

The Knightsbridge Bunk Room

Perfect for the younger set, this impressive bunk room is accessible only through a giant wooden gate that is protected by two large suits of armor. The children adore this space, and it comes with two sets of twin size bunk beds that are built right into the wall and a private bath that offers a full glass shower and dual vanity sinks. The children also enjoy direct access to a separate area that comes with a game table, a sectional sofa and a flat screen television.

Five Excellent Guest Rooms

Each of this home's guest rooms offer comfortable furnishings and a private bath. Guests may choose from a twin suite with two twins with beautiful windows, a full suite, a king suite and two queen suites. Both the twin suite and the full suite feature a deep soaking tub, and the king suite offers a full size shower. One queen suite comes with a Juliet balcony, a large work desk and a relaxing steam shower, and the final queen suite boasts French doors and a shower/tub combo.

A Fun Media Room and Useful Bonus Spaces

This space offers an excellent spot for the entire family. The adults may take advantage of the full bar with seating for six, a mini fridge, microwave, dishwasher and ice maker, while the children watch a movie on the huge flat screen television with surround sound. There's plenty of seating available on the oversized leather sectional sofa, and a full size pool table also graces the area, as well as a half bath. This room opens out onto the ground level with direct access to the in ground hot tub.  There is also sectional seating around a stone fire pit and an infinity waterfall feature.

There are an abundance of extra spaces throughout this home that are designed to fit a number of different needs. One such space is set up as a private office area for two, and another offers a comfortable sitting room with two desks, a leather sofa and a flat screen television.
