The villa consists of two palapas – a main palapa & a guest palapa. The main palapa features a large, open living area with several sitting, sun lounge & dining areas. Enjoy uninterrupted 180 degree Pacific Ocean views from the villa’s main palapa, infinity pool & hot tub. Beyond the pool, on a perfectly manicured lawn is a fire pit & romantic bench seat overlooking the surf break below. Recline on a sun bed & let our villa staff prepare you a fresh margarita as you watch your kids play in the pool. Depending on the weather, choose from the indoor or outdoor dining areas. Enjoy your freshly prepared meal by our international chefs, trained in Mexican & European culinary styles. In addition to a grill, the villa also features a pizza oven which is a fun, delicious option for family dining.
The main palapa also features four guest suites – each with its own theme. A local artist carefully hand painted the exquisite flower themes on walls in the suites. On the ground floor is a spacious “oleander” king master suite with sweeping ocean views that opens directly on to the garden. Right next door is a smaller “poppies” king guest suite with its own en suite. This bedroom also opens to the garden & ocean. On the top floor the same configuration is repeated with a second “hibiscus” king master suite with a private balcony & a smaller “lilies” king guest suite next door. From the main palapa, guests can access a private rooftop terrace, ideal for those who prefer to sun bathe in seclusion.
Adjoining the main palapa, on the ground floor is a large media room which is perfect for relaxation, book reading & movie watching. There is also a small office space if business calls while you are on vacation. This is a peaceful & private space for anyone seeking a quiet retreat.
Right behind the main palapa is a guest palapa which features an additional four guest suites. One the ground floor are two guest suites, “cherry blossom” & “bougainvilleas” each with two queen beds. These ground floor suites open to the garden. On the upper level of the guest palapa are two king guest suites, “honeysuckle” & “daisies” each with their own private balcony.
Rancho Nueve has a full time staff of eight including a house manager, butler, driver, chef, housekeeping & concierge. Our professionally trained team is on hand to ensure that every detail of your vacation is taken care of. Our staff can arrange private yoga, massage, surfing, whale watching, golf, restaurant reservations & more. All you have to do is ask!
The villa’s house manager, Soi, is a true hospitality professional. Soi managed the youth program at the Four Seasons Hotel for 12 years, making her the perfect match for your family vacation. Soi also manages all concierge inquiries & will be your main point of contact at the villa leading up to your stay.
The villa’s chef is also professionally trained in five star hotels including the Four Seasons & St Regis Resorts in Punta Mita, Mexico. Delivering fresh & versatile menu options from trusted local sources. The chef will happily cater the menu to any specific dietary requirements.
