Perched on the shores of the sparkling San Miguel River, this elegant 3 bedroom home offers exclusive solitude in the middle of downtown Telluride. Surrounded by lush evergreens and the sound of rushing water, you'll feel like you're in a private mountain cabin while never being more than a few steps away from the dining, entertainment, and shopping in town. And with 2,700 square feet of sleek living space, two primary suites, ample outdoor areas, and a hot tub, there's more than enough room for everyone in your crew to be comfortable.

Stunning Mountain Solitude in the Heart of Telluride

The natural cedar exterior and proximity of the running river waters provide a feeling of seclusion amidst the bustling box canyon. The main level living space is airy and bright, with cream walls, natural wood trim, and comfy plush furnishings. A flatscreen television is mounted over the crackling fireplace, while a sleek built-in desk space is ideal for catching up on some work. The extra-large windows face the emerald green of the trees and the deep indigo of the river.

A spacious quartz-topped island leads into the wide-open kitchen. Double stacked cabinets of light-colored wood are anchored by a chef-worthy gas range and a huge, commercial-grade refrigerator. Just around the corner, a dining table has space for eight people. Everyone will love to linger here over steaming mugs of coffee and warm blueberry muffins in the mornings, or red wine and cheese at happy hour.

Epic Outdoor Spaces

Head outside through the glass doors and out to the wrap-around private patio that faces the river and the mountains beyond. It's quite remarkable to experience the peaceful mountain cabin vibe of this outdoor space in the middle of the city.

A circular fire pit is perfect for roasting s'mores in the twilight or sipping on an after-dinner cocktail. Grill up some juicy steaks on the outdoor gas range, soak up the sun on the lounge chairs, or head around the corner to take a dip in the hot tub after a long day on the slopes.

Two Primary Suites and Tons of Storage

The main floor primary suite sits off the living area and has a sumptuous king-size bed facing a flatscreen television and soothing recessed lighting. The attached bathroom has a double vanity and a large, glass-enclosed shower. Multiple windows flood the space with bright, natural light.

Downstairs on the ground level, the secondary suite features a queen-size bed set into a sumptuously upholstered frame and mounted flatscreen television. This suite has a private deck that overlooks the manicured landscape and evergreens. An attached bathroom has a double vanity and a tub/shower combo. The third bedroom is a bunk room on the ground level and has a flexible mix of full-size and twin-size beds. There's also convenient, built-in storage space in the downstairs hallway for stowing all your gear, another full bathroom, and a laundry room.

Secluded Cabin Vibes in the City

Experience gorgeous mountain views and the sights and sounds of the rushing San Miguel River from your back patio- while just outside your front door lies all the excitement of Telluride. It's the best of both worlds. Award-winning restaurants, eclectic shopping, and the gateway to world-class skiing are only a few steps away. It's all here waiting for you and your crew at this flawless holiday home.
