Up to 10 guests may expect to enjoy an amazing stay at this modern private home that offers five bedrooms and 5.5 baths across three levels spread out over 4,000 square feet of incredible living space. Situated perfectly just two blocks from Telluride's busy Main Street, The Sunnyside is within walking distance to many of the town's best restaurants, bars and boutiques, and the gondola is also nearby and waiting to take you to all of the best ski slopes and all that Mountain Village has to offer. Many of Telluride's best bike trails are convenient to this home as well, and you need only ask to have quality bikes delivered for your entire group.
Two comfortable seating areas are available, and you may choose to gather in front of the fireplace or on the sectional sofa large enough for the entire group in front of the flat-screen television. The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything needed to prepare excellent meals, and a private chef may be provided to you upon request. You may take your meals at the breakfast bar in the kitchen or at the large table in the formal dining room with seating for all 10 guests.
You'll discover the spacious primary suite on the top level of the home, and it boasts a king-size bed that is warmed by the fireplace, a private balcony, impressive artwork, a large walk-in closet and a private bath with a separate glass shower and a large tub. Just off of the living room on the main level of the home is the secondary suite. Privacy is ensured by the wood sliding doors, and this suite offers a king-size bed, electronic shades that allow you to sleep in as long as you like and a private bath with a large soaking tub, a glass shower for two and washbasin sinks. The other three guest bedrooms are on the home's lowest level. You may choose from another king suite with a private bath or either of two bedrooms with two full-size beds in each and a private bath.
At The Sunnyside, you'll also enjoy a private hot tub and a lovely patio with a barbecue grill and outdoor seating. You may request the services of a butler and/or a nanny during your stay, and other amenities include a mudroom, a two-car garage, an office space and a game room with a foosball table, a sofa and a flat-screen television.
