In the living space, a leather sectional sofa sits on a velvety soft area rug and faces the gas fireplace and HDTV. Large windows allow the natural sunlight to flow inside and also provide gorgeous views of the ridge. This warm and welcoming room is ideal for relaxing with a glass of wine and a great movie in the evenings.
Next to the living space is a formal dining table for eight that leads directly into the custom kitchen. In the center of the kitchen lies a gorgeous island with bar stool seating for four. Surrounding the island are wood cabinets with an elegant gray wash finish and bright white quartz countertops. Premier appliances include a paneled refrigerator and a Wolf gas range with an impressive vent hood. A glass door leads outside to the private terrace.
The first of three bedrooms is the primary suite. With a king-size bed, HDTV, and an ensuite bathroom with a marble tub, step-in shower, and double vanity- this space is a private place to relax and recharge at the end of each day. The second bedroom also includes a king-size bed and an attached bathroom. And the third and final bedroom features two twin-size beds.
