Large windows allow for views of the mountains and the bustling city below. A powder room has rustic stone tiles, a back-lit vanity mirror, and a marble bowl sink.
Around the corner, the contemporary kitchen features custom cabinetry topped with spotless white quartz countertops. A chef-worthy gas range and commercial vent hood anchor the space. Floating open shelves are mounted against a backsplash of modern stacked subway tiles. Outside on the patio, there's a gas range for grilling juicy burgers for dinner. A spacious bar has plenty of seating and will be the place where everyone lingers over fresh coffee in the mornings while you plan your day on the trails.

On the lower level, two more bedrooms and a secondary living space provide plenty of square footage for your whole group. The cozy den has a sleeper sofa, armchairs, and flatscreen television.
