The front facade of East End Estate includes a convenient two-car garage and stone steps leading up to the classic gabled entrance. The split-level design allows you to access the main floor or the ground level from the front door. A luminous living space feels more like a sunroom- with a wall of glass doors leading out to the patio. Two overstuffed, neutral sofas face the stone fireplace. A vaulted ceiling is accentuated with rustic wood beams, and pops of buoyant orange and whimsical artwork add warmth to the cavernous space.
Outside on the sun-drenched flagstone patio, a dining table is the perfect spot for alfresco meals with mountain views. A fire pit is surrounded by plush outdoor armchairs and invites you to sit back and relax with a glass of wine at twilight and roast marshmallows over the coals.
The elegant kitchen features white cabinets topped with slate-gray marble countertops. A generous island has seating for four, while a cozy breakfast nook has upholstered bench seating and white shiplap walls. A massive sub-zero refrigerator, huge gas range, and custom metal vent hood add a commercial feel to the sleek space. Another dining table next to the kitchen has seating for six.
Around the corner, a powder room has colorful, eclectic wallpaper and a metal bowl sink. A nook in the hallway is home to a convenient desk space- ideal for catching up on remote work or schooling.
The stately main level master suite has a king-size bed made up with pristine, pressed white linens. A modern chandelier hangs from the airy cathedral ceiling and a flatscreen television is mounted over a modern corner fireplace. Glass doors lead out to a private, treehouse-like balcony overlooking the back yard and the peaceful mountain views. The ensuite master bathroom has a marble soaking tub, double vanity, and a separate glass-enclosed step-in steam shower.
A lofted area has two twin-size beds tucked under the eaves, a seating space overlooking the living area, and a full bathroom. Downstairs on the ground level, three more bedrooms and another living area provide plenty of privacy for all of your guests. The ground level den has a pale blue sectional sofa, flatscreen television, wet bar, cozy fireplace, and glass doors leading out to the back lawn and hot tub.
The lower level boasts two ensuite guest rooms with king-size beds with a flatscreen televisions. The lower level has doors leading out to the yard perfect for enjoying the beautiful Colorado sunshine. Another guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and a hidden pull-down twin-sized Murphy bed, and a full bath with a Carrera marble vanity top and a step-in shower. Additionally on the ground level is a charming guest cottage with a leather sofa, vaulted ceiling with wood beams, a built-in dining nook, and a kitchenette. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, farmhouse-style sliding doors, and a full bathroom.
