In the main living area, airy vaulted ceilings, white walls, and lots of sun-filled windows create a feeling of spaciousness. A dove gray sectional sofa faces the slick, black fireplace and mounted HDTV- mounted high overhead. On the opposite side of the main room is a formal dining space with seating for eight, making this entire room a fantastic space for easy socializing and conversation.
A peninsula bar with seating for four leads into the wide-open kitchen. A white paneled refrigerator sits in the center of the kitchen and contrasts nicely with the dark island and countertops. Silvery subway tiles and frosted glass cabinets continue the modern aesthetic while nearby, a glass spiral staircase leads up to the garden.
The first of four private bedrooms features a king-size bed set onto a plush area rug and facing a mounted HDTV. The ensuite bathroom has a double floating vanity and a step-in shower with a glass door. In the second bedroom, there's a sumptuous queen-size bed. The third bedroom also has a queen-size bed, HDTV, and an attached bathroom with a step-in shower. In the fourth bedroom, there are two twin-size beds, each with twin-size trundles underneath.
Climb the glass spiral stairway up to the rooftop deck, to enjoy the bright sunshine and stunning mountain views. This is a great spot to hang out in the evening, too, with the stars twinkling overhead. There's a comfortable, upholstered sofa for lounging and plenty of other seating for dining. Pour yourself a cocktail and relax in the rooftop hot tub- the perfect place to unwind after a day spent on the trails.
Downtown Penthouse is a peaceful, contemporary chalet with all the conveniences of a five-star resort- including a perfectly central location that keeps your whole group close to the action, yet gives you plenty of private space too. The gondola is a few short blocks away, the San Miguel River is right outside your door, and all the delicious downtown dining and shopping are within easy walking distance.
