When you arrive at the sprawling rustic facade, you'll know you're someplace special. The ridge of San Sophia rises up behind the home and will take your breath away. Rustic wood planking and gorgeous stonework invite you inside to explore the living space. The two-story great room was designed to take full advantage of the jaw-dropping views. A wall of windows faces the peaks and gives an epic view from any seat in the house. A plush sectional sofa faces the crackling fireplace and provides the perfect spot to cuddle up with some hot cocoa after a day on the slopes.
The elegant, open kitchen has a custom-built island with seating for four people. Dove gray cabinets are topped with clean white quartz workspaces. A commercial-grade range and vent hood are highlighted with a mosaic tile backsplash, and glass-front upper cabinets add charm to the stylish space. A formal dining table has sweeping views of the slopes. The whole gang will gather here in the mornings for fresh brewed coffee and muffins, while you plan your day in the mountains. Glass doors lead out to the back patio and gas grill.
Upstairs you'll find two sumptuous bedrooms, including a primary and secondary suite. The primary suite features a king-size bed set against an upholstered headboard and draped with indigo-accented linens. An intricate roofline makes for dramatic architectural details in these upstairs rooms. The primary bathroom has a double vanity, freestanding soaking tub, glass-enclosed shower, and a wall of windows that allows for maximum mountain views while bathing. The secondary suite also has a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a soaking tub, step-in shower, and double vanity.
The third bedroom is on the lower level has a queen-size bed set against a reclaimed wood feature wall. Another full bathroom has two separate vanity sinks and a step-in shower. The fourth bedroom is also located on this level and has a fun mix of twin-over-full-size bunks that are sure to be a hit with the kids. A full bathroom has an antique-inspired basin sink and a step-in shower. Adjacent to the bunk room is another living space with a sectional sofa, flatscreen television, fireplace, and kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave.
