When your idea of a picture-perfect Rocky Mountain holiday includes being right in the center of nearly everything, then this two-bedroom Mountain Village condominium was designed just for you. Located in the elegant Granita building, you'll be perched right at the top of the Meadows ski run and chair lift 1. You'll also enjoy idyllic views of the mountain ridge, a dedicated parking space, three sunny patio spaces, and a cozy gas fireplace. You'll also be steps away from the dining, shopping, exciting live music, and nightlife in the village core.

A Classic Condominium

Located on the third floor, the living and dining areas are wide open to one another. A large picture window is flanked by two glass doors that lead outside to the terrace and allow for magnificent mountain views from nearly every spot in the room. A leather sofa and two armchairs surround the slate-tiled fireplace and the large flatscreen HDTV, creating a comfy space to kick back and unwind with a great movie or your favorite TV show.

An Open Kitchen & Dining Space

Warmed wood plank flooring leads into the dining area, where you'll find a formal table with seating for six, and three more stool seats at the peninsula bar. The kitchen is small but well-designed, with natural wood cabinets and gleaming countertops. The refrigerator is paneled to match the cabinets, and the gas range sits kitty-cornered and is finished with a matching backsplash and a premier vent hood. The kitchen also includes a microwave, a dishwasher, and a deluxe coffeemaker for fueling up before hitting the slopes.

Two Beautiful Bedrooms

In the premier bedroom suite, a king-size bed sits underneath a gorgeous, wood-detailed vaulted ceiling and faces glass doors that lead out to the private terrace. This relaxing room also includes an armchair, HDTV with Apple TV, desk space, and an ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower. The second bedroom also boasts a gorgeous, private balcony, and has a split king bed, which can be converted to two twins, HDTV with Apple TV, reading lamps, and a side chair. A second full bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

Plenty to See and Do- Right Outside Your Door

The location of this luxurious home is tough to top. From your private balcony, you can sip your morning coffee while gazing out at the mountain views or the bustling village below. There's also a barbecue on the balcony for grilling burgers or steaks for dinner. When you want to hit the slopes or maybe head out for a hike, the Meadows ski run and numerous hiking trails are right outside your door. You'll also be mere steps away from the village core restaurants, cafes, shops, and pubs.
