This home is filled with oak floors and lovely architectural touches, and all eyes are immediately drawn to the large picture windows that offer views of the mountain vista as guests enter the large sunken living room. This space also features a vaulted ceiling, comfortable furnishings that beautifully surround a wood burning fireplace, a game table for two, a wet bar and a large flat screen television with surround sound. Next to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen with seating for four, which boasts high-end stainless steel appliances, a Cusinart drip coffeemaker, a Viking six burner range with a double oven, many granite countertops and gorgeous custom cabinets. Meals may be served in the formal dining room at a beautiful oblong table that seats 10. A door off of the kitchen opens up to a wonderful wrap around deck that comes with a gas grill and a relaxing hot tub that offers beautiful views of Mount Wilson.
Guests may take the lovely twin staircases upstairs to both of the home's spacious primary separate seating area with a flat screen television. The primary en suite bath offers a jetted soaking tub, a relaxing steam shower and dual vanity sinks.
On the opposite side of this floor is the secondary suite, and it comes with a king size bed, a small desk and a chaise lounge. The en suite bath boasts a full shower, a deep soaking tub and dual vanity sinks.
Additional guest rooms are located on the home's lower level, and two of these rooms offer split king beds, French doors that lead out to the home's elaborate deck system and a private bath, one with dual vanity sinks and a shower/tub combo the other with glass shower.
The children or teens in the group are sure to enjoy this home's two bunk rooms, and these are perfect for separating the girls and the boys into their own space. Each room is equipped with two sets of bunk beds (4 total beds in each room), plenty of space to play, comfortable seating and French doors that lead out to the deck. The extra apartment is perfect for a couple who would enjoy a little extra privacy, and it's found above the home's garage. It includes a cozy living space with a leather sofa and a television and DVD player and a well equipped kitchen with a two burner gas stove, a sink, a mini fridge and excellent San Sophia views. There are also chairs for four to dine. The bedroom comes with a queen size bed and an en suite bath with a shower/tub combo.
