The main living area of Aspens invokes the lobby of an elegant Colorado resort, with a giant, crackling stone fireplace surrounded by luxe yet laid-back furnishings. A gigantic, arched window reaches to the top of the vaulted ceiling and frames an idyllic view of the surrounding mountains that you'll find it difficult to tear yourself away from. Next to the living space is a formal dining table with seating for ten, illuminated by a modern, minimalist chandelier.
In the contemporary kitchen, a professional chef would feel right at home. Glossy cherrywood cabinets are topped with slabs of creamy marble countertops. The center island is tiered to provide casual bar seating for three people, and also house the top-of-the-line gas range that's topped with a commercial-grade vent hood. Other appliances include a refrigerator, microwave, wine fridge, and dishwasher.
Out of the six bedrooms at Aspens, two of them are spacious primary suites. The first primary suite features a king-size bed set into a rustic wood frame, stone fireplace, HDTV, and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. The second primary suite also includes a plush king-size bed, HDTV and spa-like attached bathroom.
In the third bedroom, there's a king-size bed, while the fourth and fifth bedrooms each have sumptuous queen-size beds, one of which has a gas fireplace, and all have HDTV. The sixth and final bedroom is a fun bunk room that kids of all ages will adore. Each bunk is a twin-over-full-size, allowing for six people to sleep comfortably. Aspens at Courcheval also features seven bathrooms, making it ideal for larger groups and families that value having a smidge more space.
Aspens at Courcheval boasts several stunning, sun-kissed outdoor spaces for enjoying the crisp mountain air and world-class views. In one outdoor space, there's a gas barbecue for grilling some juicy steaks for dinner, while another deck space houses the relaxing hot tub with views of the lush, rolling hillside and mountain peaks beyond. Additionally, the home has a media room on the lower level complete with a wet bar. Next to the media room is the ski room outfitted with cubbies for gear storage and boot dryers to keep your ski boots dry. The spacious ski room door opens directly onto a ski run.
