Cosmopolitan Telluride Is a One of a Kind Dining Experience
Chef Chad Scothorn brought his wealth of experience to Telluride when he opened Cosmopolitan Telluride in 1996. His prestige has been recognized in the New York Times, Los Angeles Times, and Nation’s Restaurant News. In 2002, the highly acclaimed James Beard House invited him to appear at their location in New York.
