The annual RIDE Festival has been officially scheduled for the weekend of July 12-14 at several popular indoor and outdoor venues throughout beautiful Telluride, Colorado, and nearby Mountain Village. Since 2012, this festival has been bringing the sounds of rock and roll music to this historic mountain town, and the talent is always top notch with past performers that include Pearl Jam, Kaleo, Beck and Los Lobos. The RIDE Festival is a family friendly event with special activities available for children, and everyone is invited to come on out and enjoy the music and fun.
To get everyone in the rock and roll spirit, a special concert that features Widespread Panic will be held beginning at 7 p.m. on Friday at the Fred Shellman Memorial Stage. Other Friday musical events include performances by Rose Hill Drive at 10 p.m. at the Sheridan Opera House, The Yawpers at 10 p.m. at the Moon at O'Bannons, Heavy Diamond Ring at 10pm at Wood Ear and The Commonheart at 10 p.m. at the Liberty.
