In the living area, collapsible glass doors fold completely away and open the space up to the sunny terrace. In the warmer months, the whole room has a lovely indoor/outdoor feel. A cream-colored sofa and blush armchairs sit on blonde wood floors and frame the modern fireplace.
The fireplace has a slate-gray facade, glass-enclosed flames, and a rustic wood beam hearth that extends out to create bench seating. A flat-screen television is mounted into a nook. Soothing recessed lighting adds warmth to the high ceilings. Kick back here after a day on the trails with a glass of wine or a cold beer and enjoy the crackle of the fireplace and the serene Rocky Mountain views through the windows.
The kitchen has an appealing minimalist, polished design. A massive kitchen island with a modern waterfall edge is illuminated by artistic lighting fixtures and has seating for five people. A gas range sits under a custom vent hood that also lights up the large workspace below. Contemporary, streamlined wood cabinets, a paneled refrigerator, and a stacked tile backsplash contribute to the clean and fresh feeling of the space. Next to the kitchen, a formal dining table has seating for eight people.
Down the hallway, past the square spiral staircase, are two spacious bedrooms and a powder room. The first bedroom on this floor has a queen-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower, built-in bench seating, and a private terrace with views of the city and the mountain peaks beyond. The second bedroom has a king-size bed and a full attached bathroom with a step-in shower. On the lower levels, you'll find an ample laundry suite with closet space, a mudroom, and a one-car garage. A fun den space doubles as a flex room— with two twin-over-twin built-in bunks. A sectional sofa, flatscreen television, fluffy beanbag chairs, and an attached full bathroom make this an epic hang-out space. Another private bedroom has a queen-size bed and an ensuite bath with a step-in shower.
On the penthouse level lies the ultra-private master suite. A sumptuous king-size bed on a gray tweed bed frame faces the private terrace. Open the doors wide to the stunning views of the Rocky Mountains that you can see from the bed— it's like your own private mountain cabin oasis, yet you're in the center of the city. The ensuite master bathroom has a freestanding marble soaking tub set next to a huge glass-enclosed shower. The double vanity has a striking marble trough sink. A few steps away, a private office space with a desk, sofa, and flatscreen television is perfect for getting a little work done.
