Swimming Pools

Dive on into a time of relaxation and fun in a variety of swimming pools that include a year-round indoor pool and a seasonal outdoor pool as well as a wading pool with a small water slide for the younger visitors and an exciting turbo waterslide. Trained lifeguards are on duty at all times that the pools are open, and you may swim laps, take part in the water aerobics classes, play water games with the children, show off your skills on the diving board or simply relax in the comfortable waters.

Beach VolleyballBeach Volleyball and Mini Golf

Gstaad is well known as a major host for the Swatch Beach Volleyball Major Series, and visitors may enjoy a game of beach volleyball on the same fields that the professionals practice on. You’re also welcome to play a round on the 18-hole mini golf course, and there’s a huge playground for the children within sight.

Ice Run and Hockey

Between October and March, visitors may enjoy skating or playing hockey on the frozen-solid ice field. There are sessions available for children only, and other times are reserved for those teens and adults who want to play hard. Hockey sticks and skates in all sizes are available for rent.

Learn Curling

This is a sport that you won’t find just anywhere, and you may learn and practice curling between November and April. It’s a lot of fun for beginners, and the instructors are both friendly and experienced.

Onsite Restaurant

As you can see, it’s easy to spend a full day or several days enjoying everything that Sport Zentrum Gstaad has to offer, but you are going to get hungry. So it’s a good thing that there’s a fabulous onsite restaurant that has room for 80 diners on the lovely terrace with a beautiful view of the pool area. It offers a large menu that ranges from regional dishes to American favorites and special items that include gluten-free, sugar-free, vegetarian and vegan dishes. The children have their own little corner to dine in with lots of fun activities and a special menu.
